In May 2020, our client location was under renovation construction. The high-rise building was without power during different intervals of the day creating hot and uncomfortable conditions for tenants. The BPG site supervisor and his team member assisted client staff with checking in on the senior community and distributed water to those in need. BPG officers escorted tenants from their units to the lobby area where it was more comfortable away from the extreme heat. BPG officers also assisted in defusing several disgruntled tenants.
